The Rover is a go-anywhere sport watch with a Night Light and a custom designed polyurethane/steel band. The Rover is built on the idea we pioneered: a watch doesn’t have to be all steel to be stylish and doesn’t have to be all rubber to be sporty. The Rover incorporates the best of both materials in the band, possibly our most comfortable band we’ve made. The polyurethane is positioned on the outside of the link to allow the band to twist and compress if you find yourself using your hands to break a fall or shove open a door or ward off an angry mob of paparazzi. The center of the link is made of solid stainless steel to ensure the Rover won’t leave your wrist involuntarily. Polyurethane for comfort, solid stainless steel for durability.
The case and dial are all about being ready to be punished. The bezel doesn’t rotate because you don’t scuba dive. The bezel, however, is raised above the crystal to add another layer of protection to the already hardened, scratch-resistant, 3.3mm thick mineral crystal. And the whole dial lights up with the Night Light.
